New ERA Chair Foodomics: Metabolomics in Food and Nutrition

The idea behind the ERA Chair FOODOMICS is to create a centre of excellence at the University of Ljubljana (UL) in the field of metabolomics in food and nutrition. The project is embedded in the frame
