The portal also facilitates e-serving in accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act (ZUP) and the Civil Procedure Act (ZPP). Because we are an accredited provider of electronic archiving services for digital materials, the authenticity of the materials that we archive is ensured by law. We also rent out premises for back-up data centres, as well as the necessary system and communication capacities.
