Otvoritev razstave 22. bienala industrijskega oblikovanja in podelitev mednarodnih nagrad BIO je bila v četrtek, 7. oktobra 2010 v Muzeju za arhitekturo in oblikovanje na gradu Fužine. Goste so pozdravili direktor Muzeja za arhitekturo in oblikovanje Matevž Čelik, slavnostna govorca pa sta bila predsednik prireditvenega odbora BIO Janez Škrabec in minister za visoko šolstvo, znanost in tehnologijo Gregor Golobič. Med 132 razstavljenimi deli iz 24 držav bo ugledna mednarodna žirija podelila nagrade BIO. Razstavo je slovesno odprl poseben gost Philippe Starck. BIO 22 opening wase on Thursday, 7 October 2010, at the Museum of Architecture and Design, Fužine Castle. Guests were welcomed by Matevž Čelik, the director of the Museum of Architecture and Design. The keynote speakers were Janez Škrabec, Chair of the BIO Organising Committee, and Gregor Golobič, the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology. After reviewing the 132 exhibits from 24 countries, an international jury of esteemed design professionals will present this year’s BIO Awards. The exhibition will be officially opened by a special guest Philippe Starck.
