The Summer School will briefly review the current state of the art in the theoretical foundations of Collaborative Networked Organizations (CNO), Professional Virtual Communities (PVC), Virtual Enterprises (VE) and their performance measurement. The speakers will highlight those problems arising in this context, which can be handled using novel IT tools equipped by interesting AI features. Such tools and approaches will be introduced in several separate talks and the participants will be offered a chance to get acquainted with the selected tools during the tutorials. An important part of the program will be devoted to the talks reviewing experience gained in some real-life case studies or in related EU projects. Among the speakers, there is a number of renouned experts. They will pay attention to different aspects of this recently established and very active scientific domain with high promises for business world.
