Wolfgang Höfs

Wolfgang Höfs is Head of Sector "ICT for low carbon mobility" in the Directorate General "Information Society and Media" of the European Commission in Brussels. His unit "ICT for Transport" supports research in traffic telematics, in particular on Cooperative Systems. Before joining the Commission's services, Mr. Höfs worked in the logistics industry, as well as for public transport associations on the implementation and integration of IT systems in different European countries. Wolfgang Höfs holds a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Dortmund.
