Nerijus Pačesa

Nerijus Pacesa is Vice-president for Study Affairs of ISM University of Management and Economics. Since 2000 he holds Ph.D. in Social Sciences (Management). He is the author of 10 articles and 2 tutorials for students. He has high experience in training activities development, organization and implementation; Involvement in many projects for business training on issues related to management, planning, strategic management, entrepreneurship, project management; Experience in training needs analysis and assessment for business and labour market training; Experience running training seminars, starting from the year 1993. Nerijus Pacesa has participated in more than 20 projects financed by EU and National funds as leader and expert, experience of preparation of TOR’s and applications for investment projects. High knowledge and understanding EU aid planning documents, Lithuanian national and regional planning strategy and documents. Good knowledge in EU aid instruments and National policy
