Nakiye Boyacigiller

Nakiye Avdan Boyacıgiller is Dean of the Faculty of Management at Sabancı University in Istanbul, Turkey. Born in the US and educated in Turkey, France, and the US, her research, teaching, and leadership activities all reflect her interests in enhancing the effectiveness of multicultural work groups and cross border collaboration. Prof Boyacıgiller’s research on cross-cultural management has appeared in leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of International Business Studies, and Research in Organizational Behavior. In addition to academic journal publications, her research has been published in book chapters including Handbook of Global Management, International Business: An Emerging Vision, and The Global Mindset.
