Myrna Flores
Myrna Flores obtained the degree of Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnólogico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico in 1996 and obtained a Masters in Science in Manufacturing Systems in the same institution in 1999. She participated in the international Post Degree Course on Technologies and Sustainable Development held in Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India in 2005. She has finished her PhD studies in Economics, Management and Industrial Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano in May 2006. She works at SUPSI iCIMSI in Switzerland since 2002 as a R&D Engineer in the Quality, Production and Management department were she participated to the Mastrit Skin project to analyse the feasibility of implementing a B2B platform to improve Supply Chain operations in the leather sector.
