Mitja Jermol

Mitja Jermol, MSc. has been doing research and development on cybernetics, CAD-CAM systems and artificial intelligence. He is particularly interested in new knowledge management models, contemporary models and theories of knowledge and in integrating complexity in knowledge management. Since January 2003 he has worked at JSI in the Department of Knowledge Technologies and he is leading the centre for knowledge transfer in information technologies. Mitja Jermol, MSc. graduated in 1992 and received MSc. in 1996 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ljubljana. He has been doing research and development on cybernetics, CAD-CAM systems and artificial intelligence. In 1996 he became head of the R&D department in DZS Inc., educational publishing division. Since then his interests have been focused on psychology in learning, knowledge management, digital publishing system, multimedia and the ICT in education. He was leading one of the major R&D
