Jerry Ye

Jerry Ye is a Senior Research Engineer at Yahoo! Labs. He works on distributed machine learning algorithms for large scale data. He has worked on distributed versions of the Gradient Boosted Decision Trees algorithm in MapReduce and MPI on Hadoop. Before joining Yahoo!, Jerry attended U.C. Berkeley where he obtained his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering and a Masters in Information Management Systems.
