Ilias Iakovidis

Ilias Iakovidis is deputy Head of ICT for Health in the European Commission’s DG Information Society, responsible for research activities in eHealth and biomedical informatics. He co-authored and works on the implementation of the EU eHealth Action Plan COM (2004) 356. He publishes and teaches graduate courses on medical informatics and is a fellow of the American College of Medical Informatics.
