Don Nightingale

Don Nightingale has retired after 30 years as a Professor of Strategy at Queens University in Canada and continues his consulting practice specializing in strategic and organizational issues for public and private organizations. He is also a visiting professor at the IEDC – Bled School of Management where he teaches Strategy and Leadership. He received his BA from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and his PhD from the University of Michigan, USA. In 1981, Don Nightingale founded the Executive Development Centre at Queens, which offers Canada's largest portfolio of executive development programs for senior managers. He has served as Associate Dean for Private Programs and has led a team that has achieved the number one ranking in Canada for the Queen's Executive MBA program, the number two ranking for the MBA for Science and Technology, and more top 10 rankings in the Financial Times' annual rankings of international executive development centres than all other Canadian busine
