Daniel Silk

I am a PhD student working in the CRISP group (a collaboration between Aberdeen University and Imperial College) under the supervision of Professor Stumpf and Professor Haynes. I completed a BA in Mathematics at the University of Oxford in 2003 and obtained an Msc in Bioinformatics and Theoretical Systems Biology in 2009 from Imperial College, London. My master's projects included work on inferring gene regulatory networks from microarray timecourse data and the quantification of initial condition sensitivity in noisy data using Lyapunov exponents.
