My research aims to identify key challenges, tools and techniques to support the process of CLOM between independent ontologies that are written in diverse natural languages. An extensible, semantic-oriented mapping framework designed specifically for cross-lingual ontology mapping scenarios is proposed. This framework aims to assist knowledge engineers in the process of generating high quality mapping results between multilingual ontologies.
